Customer Service Representative
Interprint Web Printing is seeking applicants who are interested in joining our internal sales division as Customer Service Representatives. The ideal candidate has a sales background. Working with our inside sales team, the candidate will assist with a range of clerical activities, client account management, and house prospect coordination in response to incoming inquiries regarding our goods and services.

Requirements:
● Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral.
● Ability to foster teamwork and collaboration.
● Organizational and efficiency skills are essential.
● Able to multitask.
● Strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
● Computer proficiency and knowledge of standard office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and others are essential.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with inside sales staff to complete clerical duties.
● Respond to client emails, phone conversations, and customer visits (the environment is in-house; therefore, no travel is required).
● Contact customers about their recent estimates and production plans.
● Work closely with our manufacturing team to ensure that products are delivered on time.
● Work with customers on project specifications.
● Customer billing.
● Build positive relationships with existing clients and potential house leads.
